“It is all about studying an ever-changing market and recommending to my buyers and sellers what is best for them. Real Estate involves staying on “top of your deal” and not laying your head on your pillow at night until every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed. It involves tough negotiations and strategic posturing for the best opportunities.”
“One of my most challenging transactions was a short-sale near my own personal home. I never gave up, and the sellers were able to maintain their dignity as well as protect their financial picture. It was my toe-to-toe negotiations with the lender that kept the transaction alive which resulted in a positive outcome for all parties.
I offer a concierge of services regarding talented and skilled individuals whom I have worked with for the past thirty-four years. These professionals have proven themselves and have exhibited a remarkable track record with me, my clients, friends and family. We focus on getting things accomplished in the most cost-effective way.
As stated by my client, Carol Katler, clients come back to me again and again when it comes to making any decision regarding Real Estate. Whether they are contemplating relocation or renovation, I am the first call they make. I have tools regarding market trends as well as what dollar value would be gained in a contemplated renovation.”
